Overview

A professional camera assistant and digital sensor emulator for iPhone and iPad, designed around manual capture, real-time visual processing, classic digital looks, and private on-device workflows.

Contributions

  • Built native SwiftUI and AVFoundation capture flows with explicit camera controls and still/video processing paths.
  • Implemented real-time LUT and parametric image adjustments through Core Image and Metal-backed rendering.
  • Added RAW/DNG-oriented workflows, offline scene intelligence, local photo handling, and camera-focused monitoring tools.
  • Designed the product to work without an account, tracking scripts, or external media uploads.

System design

CaptureAVFoundation manages camera devices, exposure, focus, formats, and photo/video output.
RenderingCore Image and Metal apply LUTs, color controls, and live preview processing.
On-device intelligenceCore ML and Vision support scene-aware recommendations and gallery assistance without sending media off device.
PrivacyMedia stays in the local Photos workflow and the application does not require account creation.

Outcome

A camera product whose technical presentation emphasizes predictable capture behavior, local processing, and creator control rather than social or cloud features.
