Health and Fitness Data (Apple HealthKit)
- Collected: Workout data, body measurements, heart rate (if authorized).
- Usage: To track progress and provide recommendations.
- Storage: Stored locally in Apple Health. We do not transmit this to external servers.
Camera and Video Data
- Collected: Images for real-time pose detection and optional video recording.
- Usage: Form analysis via MediaPipe.
- Storage: Processed instantaneously. Recordings are saved only to your local device if you choose.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only for specific features:
- Apple Health: Synced locally on your device.
- Google Gemini AI: Used optionally for food scanning (images only, no personal data).
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption. Your health data remains in the secure Apple Health ecosystem, and our AI processing happens locally on your iPhone/iPad.
Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to access, delete, and control your data.
- Deletion: You can delete workout history directly in the app settings.
- Revocation: You can revoke Camera or Health permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
